Hospital Administrator
Pam was raised in England where she attended the University of London for a degree in Business Administration. After completion of her degree she relocated to Vancouver, Canada where she took a position in the Department of Property Tax & Finance for the city of Richmond. Eventually she met Dr. Natt, married and raised 3 children together who are now all grown up and professionally qualified. Pam has 35 years of customer service experience, her ready smile and clear direction makes Pam a pivotal member to Serra Veterinary Hospital.
Outside of the hospital, Pam enjoys cooking, pilates and getting lost in a novel.
Christopher Byrd, RVT CA Lic 9087
Hospital Manager
Christopher started in the veterinary field in 2007. After starting, veterinary medicine has instantly become a passion for him exploring all aspects. Christopher is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and has special interest in anesthesia, emergency and critical care, neurology, dentistry and surgical assisting. He is happy to be a part of the Serra Veterinary Hospital as the Hospital Manager and supports the team to ensure best medicine and patient care.
In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, family and friends along with continuing to advance in the field.
Brittany Hernandez
Technician Manager
Brittany started in the veterinary field in 2014 after her career in dog daycare/boarding. She started as a client services representative and quickly worked hard to become a technician assistant. She is now the Technician Manager here at Serra Veterinary Hospital and enjoys working with her team, clients, and patients. She is Fear Free certified and loves to help her patients be at ease when they are here. She has two rescue dogs that she is very proud of and takes special care of her special-abled pup.
Charles
Veterinary Technician Assistant
Charles grew up in the bay area and began his journey in veterinary medicine just last year, 2022. Quickly realizing this is something he loves, he is now enrolled and in progress to become a registered veterinary technician. Charles’ truly enjoys seeing the patients get better as he provides the best patient care we strive for.
In his spare time he enjoys going for a car ride and the great outdoors.
Casondra
Client Service Representative
Born and raised in Vermont, Casondra moved to the bay area in 2009. She has worked in the animal care field since 2012, and started in veterinary medicine in 2018. Her interests include plants, crafting, photography and wildlife. In her spare time, she enjoys being out bird watching, or spending time with her cat Kiwi.
