Dr. Erin Campbell
Veterinarian

HI, I am Erin Campbell DVM. I am a veterinarian of 28 years with a BS in International Agricultural Economics; I also own a business called Hound Togs at Home. I recently sold my veterinary practice after 18 years, and I am enjoying taking some time to do the things I love, such as sewing. I have many pets; most are Whippets, but I also have an occasional Lurcher staying with me.

Dr. Gilbert
Hospital Ambassador

Dr. Gilbert has been with us since 2014. He is the official furry ambassador for the hospital and is always here to welcome your pets and give them lots of love and attention during their stay with us.

Pam
Hospital Management

Pam has been with our Hospital since December 2000. She brings 20 years of managerial experience to her role as a Veterinary Manager. Unique in her strong people skills is her informed and insightful knowledge of the veterinary world. Her ready smile and clear direction make Pam a pivotal leader on our hospital’s team. Always available to embrace your concerns or queries, she welcomes contact with all our clients. Pam takes pride in giving our clients and their pets excellent customer service and ensuring our hospital runs smoothly.

Her commitment to detail and excellent client service has formed the template for training and guidelines for all support staff members at Serra Vet; her vision and dedication to helping clients and supporting the staff in a variety of ways has been one of her most important contributions. Pam’s dedication and devotion does not stop at Serra, however, but extends to her “wonderful husband and three fantastic children”. She is very close to her family and being able to spend time with them is what gives her “the most joy”. She enjoys playing with her cat Gilbert, and is always looking for more time to do artwork, and squeeze in movies, yoga, reading, and cooking as hobbies into her less busy days. Pam enjoys the outdoors and recently completed her 10th Half Marathon this year. She describes Serra Vet as a place that makes her “very proud” of what she and Dr. Natt have created right here in the heart of Silicon Valley. She feels that Serra Vet has a “fantastic and dedicated staff, and together we provide the utmost in quality service and care for our community and their animal companions.”

Jasmine
Veterinary Office Manager

I’ve grown up with animals my whole life, and knew at a young age I wanted to work with them. I enrolled at Animal Behavior College in 2016 and obtained my Vet Assistant Certificate through their online course. I enjoy working in the back with the animals, and also being at the front desk, where I can interact with clients. I have a Shepherd mix named Calvin, a German Shepherd, Samantha, and a chinchilla, Chilipepper. Aside from spending time with them, I love trips to the beach, family time, and movie nights.

Anastasiya
Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

Hello, my name is Anastasiya! I’m originally from Ukraine and speak Russian. I am passionate about animals and love to help them and their owners. I originally went to school for physics, but I changed my career path to work with animals when I was 18. I love being able to work with animals and their parents

And help provide care with this wonderful team. Working with animals has always been my dream, and I’m so happy to be able to do it at Serra Veterinary Hospital.

I have two cats of my own, Stinky Cheese and Oni. I look forward to one day getting a dog with my husband. In my personal life, I love to crochet, hike, and spend time with family. My favorite pastime is making hats and toys for dogs and cats.
I look forward to working with your pet!

Kristin
Registered Veterinary Technician

Kristin has had a lifelong passion for animals. She completed the Veterinary Technology program at Carrington College in San Jose in 2015 and became part of the Serra Veterinary Hospital team shortly after completing her final clinical externship here. Kristin enjoys the small, friendly, family-like atmosphere at Serra Vet. She enjoys all aspects of working in the hospital, whether it be interacting with clients at the front desk and in the exam rooms, to assisting the doctors in the back with treatments and procedures. Her main interests in the hospital include dentistry, preventative care, and grooming. Her hobbies outside of work include swimming, going to amusement parks, and horseback riding. Kristin boards her horse, Rosie (pictured), at Garrod Farms in Saratoga, and rides nearly every evening. Kristin also has a 13-year-old daughter, Savannah, and three cats, Harley, Raven, and Braxton. Kristin was born and raised [right here] in the Bay Area.

Letty
Veterinary Technician Manager

Hello, my name is Letty, and I was born and raised in the Bay Area. Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about furry friends. In high school, I was offered a spot in a veterinary assistant class, which blew my mind and made me even more eager to learn and work with animals. In 2016 I graduated college and got my very first job as a Veterinary Assistant, and I have loved it ever since. I have a 13-year-old Chihuahua mix who is my copilot on all my road trips. Aside from enjoying road trips, I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends.

Tori
Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

Hey, I’m Tori! I have the biggest love and passion for animals; I grew up around animals of all kinds, from cats and dogs to guinea pigs and bearded dragons. Recently, I went to the Bahamas for disaster relief and ended up flying home with a rescue pup, which is one of my favorite memories ever. My dad was a veterinarian, and my mom was a vet tech, so working with furry friends has always been in my blood! Currently, I have one dog, Charlie Mae (pictured), and two cats, Winnie and Bandit. I graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Hospitality and Event Management but wanted to follow my passion for working with animals. My journey led me to Serra Vet, where I hope to meet your four-legged family members soon! You can find me watching movies, hiking, traveling, and hanging out with dogs in my free time.

Pia
Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Pia, and I was born and raised in the Bay Area, coincidentally only half a mile away from Serra Vet. As soon as I was able to talk, I would beg my parents to take me to the local park, where I could play with all my neighborhood dogs. In high school, I spent all four years volunteering at an animal shelter in my free time. Although I wasn’t allowed to have my own pets, I knew I wanted to be a pet mom when I grew up. In college, I adopted my first ever pet, a cat named Artemis (pictured), and she is my best friend – I even dressed up as her for Halloween!

Currently, I live with my boyfriend Johnnie and our three pets: our cats, Artemis and Athena, and our dog, Apollo. I was a client of Serra Vet’s long before I became an employee; the exceptional service I received, as well as the care they took of my pets, prompted me to apply for a job. Here at Serra Vet, if I am not working at the front desk, I’m assisting in vaccinations, exams, and more. I finally get the chance to interact with animals and their parents on a daily basis, which is a dream come true. My favorite part of work is meeting all the different furry patients that come into our clinic every day!

Sarah
Veterinary Technician Assistant

Hi, my name is Sarah! I was born and raised here in the Bay area and have grown up with a passion for animals my whole life. I recently graduated in May 2020 from Whitman College with a BA in Biochemistry and a goal of applying for veterinary school. I spent my time during college volunteering for humane societies, zoos, veterinary clinics, or anywhere I could spend time with animals!

During my free time, I enjoy taking my dog Holly on walks, exploring new places with friends, or going horseback riding. I’m excited to be a part of the Serra Vet team and to get to help all the animals that come into this great clinic!

Carolyn
Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

Nice to meet you! My name is Carolyn, and I grew up in the Bay Area knowing that I’ve always wanted to help animals. I am currently an undergraduate student majoring in Animal Science at UC Davis. I am passionate about improving animal welfare and helping animals live their best lives. Providing the utmost care and equipping the public with important information about their pets are both important to me, and it’s been a great pleasure to be a part of the team here at Serra Vet. In my free time, I like to play the ukulele and soccer, spend time outdoors with friends and family, and fiddle around with my camera.

Alicia
Veterinary Technician Assistant

I was born and grew up in Colombia. I originally went to school to be a graphic designer and fashion designer. Since I was little I have felt a great love for all animals big and small. While I lived in Colombia, I volunteered in different foundations dedicated to rescuing animals. I used my house during that time for caring for many dogs and cats while finding them a permanent home.

In the summer of 2017 I moved to California and decided to pursue a new career focused on my passion for animals. I received a Veterinary Assistant certificate from Gavilan College, where I was at the top of my class. As part of the program, I was able to work for a week at Gilroy Veterinary hospital, shortly after I started to work at Serra Veterinary Hospital. I have 2 beautiful Dachshunds, Draco and Lilo.

In my personal life, I like to walk and jog in the mornings. I enjoy nature, travelling, and learning, but what I love most is helping, treating, and serving the animals here at Serra Veterinary Hospital.
